Roc-Master is a professional manufacturer of forged flanges and fasteners, as well as one station package supplier for most industrial piping materials. We have two production bases covering a total area around 33,600 m2 and more than 200 employees. Local sales offices locate in Beijing, Nanjing, Chengdu, Huiyang and Qingdao service station. Oversea agents in Saudi Arabia, South-East Asia (Malaysia), UK, France and Oman are helping us to sell our quality products worldwide. Our products mainly used in Oil & Gas, Offshore platform, FPSO, Petrol Chemical, Long distance pipeline, Sea water treatment, Nuclear industry and so on.

Roc-Master Shanghai(which is named Roc-Master Flange Co,. Ltd) is located in Minhang heavy-industry District, Shanghai City with a total area of 3600m2. Roc-Master Shanghai is the headquarters of Roc-Master. We have 100 staff worked here for providing all sales services, Engineering supports, Manufacturing supports, Top Managements, R&D, Training, Inspections and Logistics for package supply. We also do a small part of PMI Testing using Oxford (Was) Test-Master Pro, machining, drilling, CNC machining, CNC Milling. Cladding and weld fabrication in Shanghai.
Roc-Master JiAn(which is named Roc-Master Ji'an Piping products Co Ltd.) is our principal manufacturing base. We have two integrated production lines. One is for bolts and nuts, and the other for forged steel flanges, including cutting, forging, CNC machining, thread rolling, heat treatment, NDE inspection , test lab, packing, and electric plating, etc. Important activities are monitored and recorded in a PLC system. We have our own laboratory to do a whole set of chemical and mechanical performance test, metallurgical structure , hardness test, NDE test, salt-fog test, film thickness test, roughness test, and the lowest temperature of impact test can be -196 degree C.
